Line Therapy – what is it?
The Time Line Therapy™ process was introduced
in 1988 by Dr Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall. The Time Line is where
we store the past and future,
in chronological order, in our minds. We can utilise it as a means
to access and re-evaluate past experience and future goals.
Time Line
Therapy™ can be successfully used to create personal change,
dealing with negative emotions, limiting decisions and beliefs, anxiety
and phobia. It can eliminate depression by working on the negative
thought strategies created to produce depression eliminating limiting
decisions and limiting beliefs, enabling success in weight loss,
tension and many other circumstances where the mind effects the body.
There
has been a rapid uptake of this process by people involved
in personal change and development due to the speed and effectiveness
with which it deals with unwarranted emotions.
